We’re seeking an energetic Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, grow customer relationships, and drive revenue for our windows, siding, and door lines. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales experience in home improvement or related industries and a track record of meeting targets. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales activities for residential window, siding, and door projects Generate and qualify leads, conduct in-home consultations, and present product solutions Prepare accurate estimates and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets Train, mentor, and coordinate with sales staff and installers as needed Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and report sales metrics to management Represent NextWave at community events and build local referral networks Coordinate travel; trip expenses reimbursed Required Qualifications
2–3 years of in-home sales experience Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet targets Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Compensation & Benefits
