We are expanding our footprint in the Data Center space and seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic growth, partnerships, and investments in this rapidly evolving sector.
Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our Data Center Business Development efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the Data Center business model, strong industry relationships, and the ability to identify and execute on strategic opportunities including M&A, joint ventures, and greenfield development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives focused on Data Center investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
Build and maintain relationships with Hyperscalers, Data Center developers, and infrastructure partners.
Evaluate and structure investment opportunities, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
Collaborate with internal teams on technical feasibility, site selection, and operational planning.
Represent Strata at industry events and in strategic negotiations.
Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Data Center development, investment, or M&A.
Strong network within the Data Center ecosystem, including Hyperscalers and major developers.
Solid understanding of Data Center financial models and investment structures.
Basic technical knowledge of Data Center design, construction, and operations.
Proven track record of closing complex deals and driving strategic growth.
