Field Sales Representative TruGreen is looking for a Field Sales Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our brand in local neighborhoods, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face and introducing them to personalized lawn care solutions.

Job Description As a TruGreen Territory Sales Representative, you’ll engage with homeowners directly, understand their needs, and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Every day is an opportunity to connect, educate, and earn their business.

Responsibilities

Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.

Customize sales messaging to match each household’s lawn care needs because no two customers are the same.

Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology and processes.

Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through.

Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; a passion for people‑skills highly encouraged.

Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle go even further.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong communication chops; can handle both small talk and closing conversations.

Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset.

Comfortable with technology and mobile devices; no coding required.

Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
