We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our local market.
Position Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the in-home sales process, from lead generation through closing. This role will recruit, train, and motivate our Design Consultants, ensuring they deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales goals. The ideal candidate is results‑driven, a strong communicator, and passionate about helping customers improve their homes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and coach a team of in-home Design Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and ride‑alongs to improve sales techniques and conversion rates.
Track and analyze key sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from consultation to installation.
Manage lead flow, scheduling, and follow‑up to maximize close ratios and ensure prompt response to all inquiries.
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional programs to drive growth.
Maintain strong product knowledge of Re-Bath offerings, pricing, and financing options.
Ensure compliance with company processes, ethical standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in home remodeling, construction, or related industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to recruit, train, and develop high‑performing salespeople.
Professional, customer‑focused demeanor with strong problem‑solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
