Conduct system diagnostics and comprehensive automotive troubleshooting. Test drive vehicles to verify the quality of repairs. Maintain an orderly shop workspace. Communicate effectively with service advisors about vehicle service status. Stay updated on new technical information and practices. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience as a Sprinter Van Technician. Preferred certifications from the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Meticulous attention to detail. All applicants must successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug testing.
