Job Summary:

Client is seeking a

General Maintenance Technician

to support operations in a manufacturing facility. This is a multi-craft role responsible for intermediate-level troubleshooting, preventive and emergency maintenance, and repairs of equipment, systems, and building fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, RO/DI systems, compressed air, hydraulics, etc.) Perform general maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, painting, and plumbing Operate tools, diagnostic equipment, and CMMS systems to complete and document work Support other trades, projects, and site improvement activities Comply with safety standards including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements Communicate effectively with team members and customers Maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in industrial mechanical, HVAC, or automotive maintenance Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet using lifts Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills Additional Information:

Must pass a pre-employment drug test May require a valid driver's license and ability to obtain a site security badge Flexibility for various shifts, weekends, and potential travel Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs Extensive walking, climbing ladders/stairs, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching Repetitive wrist movement and ability to differentiate wire colors Use of computer systems and attendance in meetings may be required Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree or trade certification in HVAC, Industrial Maintenance, or related field Experience with 480V 3-phase systems and troubleshooting large HVAC/R units Familiarity with RO/DI water systems, vacuum systems, and basic plumbing Working knowledge of CMMS systems and hand/power tools Other Attributes:

Must wear PPE including steel-toe boots, gloves, and safety glasses Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and adjust to schedule changes Must maintain professionalism under pressure
