What You'll Do Build and assemble components and systems according to drawings, schematics, and specifications. Verify assemblies meet quality and dimensional requirements. Identify and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with Leads to find solutions. Prepare work by reviewing instructions, parts lists, and tools needed for each job. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Complete production, quality, and training documentation accurately. Support your teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree in a technical field preferred). 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or assembly work. Hands-on experience with piping, mechanical, electrical, and wiring connections. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment. Strong understanding of safety procedures, quality systems, and technical drawings. Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.). Dependable team player with sound judgment and attention to detail. Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license. Why You'll Love Working Here
