Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Associate Attorney
to join its
Silicon Valley (Menlo Park)
or
San Francisco
office, with a preference for Silicon Valley. This position offers the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized
Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Team , representing clients in complex and emotionally charged disputes involving
trusts, estates, and conservatorships . The team includes some of the most successful trial attorneys in the country and is known for its high-profile, trial-heavy practice. Practice Overview
The Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation group represents beneficiaries, trustees, fiduciaries, and family members in disputes involving:
Breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary misconduct, and fraud Misfeasance or malfeasance in estate and trust administration Investment mismanagement and financial elder abuse Will and trust contests
and related estate disputes Associates in this practice gain deep experience with
high-stakes litigation, intricate family dynamics, and cutting-edge legal issues
while maintaining meaningful client contact and significant courtroom exposure. Key Advantages

research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. Compensation Annual salary range:
$225,000 - $260,000 Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, commensurate with experience.
