As a Project Data Analyst Co-op, you will play an integral role in supporting our Project Management and Product Engineering teams. This immersive, full-time experience offers you an opportunity to apply your analytical and project management skills in a real-world setting. You'll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute innovative ideas to help shape how we manage projects and resources. This co-op is designed to provide you with valuable experience, while allowing us to assess your potential for future full-time opportunities. College credit may be available, depending on your program.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for supporting a variety of impactful projects, including:
1. Resource Planning Tools Development
Leverage historical data, AI, and internal expertise to design and implement a database and set of tools for resource planning. Analyze project scopes and complexity to develop metrics that empower effective resource allocation. 2. Lessons Learned Database Creation
Develop a robust database for documenting lessons learned, with a focus on risk management and project plan baselining. Collaborate with project teams to collect, classify, and structure knowledge for future use. 3. Metrics Identification & Implementation
Identify and help implement key metrics for project management and engineering effectiveness. Regularly analyze and report on data to support strategic decision-making and process improvement. You will also have the opportunity to assist with additional special projects as assigned, all designed to stretch your capabilities and offer a comprehensive introduction to project analysis within a manufacturing environment.

Actively pursuing a degree in Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; experience with AI/machine learning tools is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eager to learn and participate in a dynamic, team-oriented environment On-site availability in Ripon, WI for the duration of the co-op term Why Join Us?
