Quality Technician - 2nd shift
Location: Stevensville, MI
Shift: Second Shift with Shift Premium
At this location, we work (4) 10-hour days. Monday thru Thursday.
Second Shift: 3:00pm - 1:00am

We're a leading manufacturer of high-precision die cast components, serving industries where quality isn't optional-it's critical. We're currently looking for a few
Quality Technicians
with a strong eye for detail and hands-on experience with precision measuring tools.
What You'll Do: Inspect die cast parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision instruments Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet tight tolerances and specifications Document inspection results and communicate any quality concerns to the production team Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Follow standard operating procedures and quality standards (ISO 9001 or similar) What You Bring:
Previous experience in quality inspection, preferably in a die casting or high-precision manufacturing environment Proficiency with hand-held measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T Attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus) Preferred Experience:
Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards Basic computer/data entry skills for logging inspection data
