LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to hire a Trusts and Estates Paralegal to support attorneys in estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in managing complex estate files from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estate planning documents, probate procedures, and fiduciary responsibilities. This hybrid role offers a combination of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Draft and prepare estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives Assist attorneys with the administration of estates and trusts including probate filings, asset inventories, and accountings Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies to gather and verify information Track deadlines and manage calendars related to estate and trust matters Maintain organized files and records in compliance with firm and court requirements Support attorneys with tax documents, distributions, and fiduciary obligations Conduct legal research related to estate planning and probate procedures Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal in trusts and estates within a law firm Strong knowledge of estate planning documents, probate procedures, and fiduciary responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working directly with clients and handling confidential information Benefits:

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.

Pay Details:

$55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
