As a

Shipping and Receiving Clerk,

you will: Responsible for running high volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work. Operating high volume scanners, operating image handling software Responsible for managing MS Office and Email systems - Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and inform technicians of specific problems. Maintaining records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed. Distributing office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required. Calculating charges for jobs performed and maintaining some billing logs maintain daily meter and service logs travel between customer's buildings. Using all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter and some PC. This is a

Contract opportunity.

The

ideal candidate

will have:

Experience of customer service. Experience of printers, copy and postage machines and other office equipment. Valid driver's license - Preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.

Duration: 3 Months, 1st Shift 7:30am to 4pm

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
