Job Description Open to Silicon Valley/San Francisco/Santa Monica, CA, Seattle, WA, NYC, NY, Washington, DC Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate Attorney to join its high-performing litigation practice. The group represents Fortune 100 companies, leading technology and life sciences companies, and their executives in a wide array of civil and regulatory matters including securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation, and internal investigations.
This position offers the opportunity to: Represent corporate and individual clients in securities-related disputes Participate in regulatory investigations and white-collar defense matters Conduct internal investigations, including whistleblower claims and FCPA matters Advise audit and special committees on accounting and compliance issues Engage directly with clients, partners, and senior leadership in high-stakes cases Work closely with attorneys across the firm on complex civil litigation and regulatory strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile:
4+ years of securities litigation and/or white-collar defense experience Excellent academic credentials Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Bar membership in the state corresponding to the office applied to (or eligibility to sit/waive in) Office Locations : While preference is given to candidates in San Francisco or Silicon Valley, other locations will be considered for the right individual.
