Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. This position supports the Director of FP&A and management by analyzing company performance, identifying operational trends, and developing forward-looking financial models. The ideal candidate will bring curiosity, analytical rigor, and an ability to translate numbers into meaningful business recommendations. Primary Responsibilities

Prepare forecasts, financial reports, and operational performance metrics Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial data to support strategic decisions Perform department-level budget-to-actual reviews and variance analyses Evaluate new business initiatives and projects through financial modeling and ROI assessment Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure company and industry trends Monitor cash flow projections, identify deviations, and refine forecasting models as needed Design dashboards and visualization tools to highlight performance drivers Build and maintain ad hoc models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning Detect and interpret trends in large datasets to uncover business insights Provide analytical support and reporting for special projects or management requests Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting roles Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally Strong grasp of financial modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail Clear and confident communicator, able to explain data-driven insights to non-financial stakeholders Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Power BI Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred) Must be at least 21 years of age Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range:

$75,000 - $115,000

annually (exempt position) 11 paid holidays

120 hours of paid time off (PTO) 401(k)
