Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the capture and analysis of end-user requirements for consumer-facing data products in manufacturing operations. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable user stories, and ensuring alignment with operational best practices.
Responsibilities:
Support the Product Owner in capturing and analyzing end-user requirements. Engage with stakeholders across functions to identify operational needs, workflow challenges, and desired outcomes. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and epics for the product backlog. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to elicit high-value requirements and prioritize backlog items. Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure accurate requirement translation and traceability throughout the development life cycle. Requirements:
t least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer. Experience required in the manufacturing industry. Requirements Engineering background required; certification preferred (e.g., CPRE). Knowledge of UML and BPMN required. Proficiency in English.
