Contract description
Contract Drafting & Review : Prepare, review, and edit various contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), supplier agreements, and amendments. Ensure that contract terms align with sourcing strategies, RFP/RFQ outcomes, and organizational policies. Risk Management : Identify and flag potential risks within contracts, escalating issues to legal, compliance, or procurement leadership as necessary to mitigate risks effectively. Contract Execution : Manage the contract approval process, ensuring all necessary signatures are obtained and maintaining document control throughout the lifecycle of contracts. Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, Finance, and Business Owners, to confirm contract terms and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Compliance Maintenance : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance, including adherence to approval thresholds and delegated authority. Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related role, with a strong understanding of contract law and compliance. Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in contract drafting and review processes. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
