Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Data Analyst Serve as an integral part of our client's Business Configuration team, focusing on the setup and structure of benefit plans for managed vision care clients.
Utilize your expertise in the Facets system to configure a variety of managed vision care products, employing both automated and manual methods.
Develop and execute SQL queries to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration issues, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of product configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system processes and resolve configuration challenges.
Support management with training initiatives, special projects, and act as a subject matter expert for configuration requests.
Required Skills for Data Analyst Over 5 years of experience with core claims administration systems.
At least 2 years of experience in writing SQL queries and data analysis.
Proven ability to configure managed vision care products using both automated and manual methods.
Familiarity with healthcare operations and claim adjudication processes.
Experience with the Facets platform is highly desirable.
