Consultant | Software Development, Data & AI | Permanent Solutions Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) Location: Germany - remote Salary: €70,000 – €90,000 gross per year, depending on experience About the Role As a Senior Data Analyst, you will take responsibility for end-to-end analytical initiatives that support data-driven decision-making across product, marketing and user engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses and turn insights into measurable business results. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical expertise with practical execution and wants to make a visible impact. Key Responsibilities Lead analytical projects that drive product, marketing and user performance Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments, translating findings into clear actions Provide insights for product improvements, onboarding processes and personalization Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key KPIs and support self-service analytics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor data-driven initiatives Conduct cohort and lifecycle analyses to identify performance drivers and high-value segments Ensure data integrity and work with data engineering to maintain reliable and scalable pipelines Profile Requirements At least 4 years of experience in product or marketing analytics, preferably in a digital, fintech or consumer-oriented environment Strong command of SQL and proficiency in Python or R Practical experience with A/B testing and experimentation methods Confident use of Power BI, dbt, Snowplow, Posthog or comparable analytics tools Proven ability to deliver analyses on topics such as LTV/CAC, retention and monetization Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders Analytical curiosity, pragmatism and a collaborative working style Interested?
