Hr Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic Core Services People Experience and Technology (PXT) team. This role will support a large organization and provide strategic and hands-on HR support to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency in HR functions. The HR Generalist II will directly support the Production Operations organization, collaborating with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to implement and deploy HR strategies across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and partner teams to innovate and implement HR strategies.
  • Deploy HR functions related to talent and performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Leverage listening mechanisms to proactively monitor and analyze employee sentiment trends.
  • Provide regular sentiment updates and recommended actions to site leadership and HR Business Partners.
  • Connect sentiment trends and HR data to the broader operational goals.
  • Dive deep into details, collaborating and consulting across teams to drive HR initiatives.
Essential Skills

Strong organizational skills. Expertise in Human Resources functions. Ability to manage multiple scenarios with consulting skills and influence.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must meet Export Control Requirements: U.S. citizenship or national, U.S. permanent resident (Green Cardholder), or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.

Work Environment

The position may require flexibility in schedule occasionally to meet business needs, such as being reachable for escalations outside standard hours on a rotational or as-needed basis. Opportunities are available for both day and night shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
