Ecommerce Manager - DTC Men's Apparel Brand
Our client, a men’s apparel brand, is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to join the team in a full‑time capacity.
Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Create daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and forecasting for owned website in addition to leading report creation and driving monthly business recaps.
Oversee site audits to ensure correct presentation and optimal customer experience.
Monitor site traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and site speed through Google Analytics/Klaviyo; analyze site metrics to connect web behavioral profiles to customer, sales, and merchandising data.
Oversee conversion improvement strategies including A/B testing initiatives, product recommendations, complete the look, on‑site search rules, improved PDP and product messaging.
Improve site performance through competitive analysis and introduction of new business opportunities.
Continuously track and recap performance of items, categories, events and e‑commerce using a breadth of sales reporting tools.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in e‑commerce; Shopify experience required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Hands‑on experience with Shopify, including product uploads, merchandising, and site maintenance.
Expertise in site optimization and understanding of e‑commerce best practices.
