In this role, you will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to exciting projects while ensuring high-quality standards and safety protocols are met. Responsibilities
Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Perform quality checks on completed welds to ensure compliance with standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
Assist in the training of junior welders and fabricators as needed.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a MIG welder.
Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a welding environment.
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
You should be proficient in:

Blueprint Reading
Machines & technologies you'll use:
