Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This world-renowned entertainment, gaming and hospitality destination unveiled a $1.5 billion expansion on Oct. 24, 2019.

Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Wear and perform in a full-body
Snowman or Gingerbread Man costume
for the duration of scheduled shifts..
All Holiday Event Greeter Level 1 and 2 duties, plus:
Maintain character integrity and follow performance guidelines.
Ensure costume and props are handled with care and returned in good condition.
Assist with crowd control and guest engagement during events.
Lead and support a team of greeters stationed throughout the event.
Serve as the point of contact for elevated guest concerns and VIP guests.
Oversee event flow, and coordinate with event management, security, and operations to solve issues quickly.
Represent the festival as a key ambassador, embodying holiday spirit at all times.
Support safety by noticing and reporting any potential hazards or guest concerns.
Maintain a friendly, positive and approachable presence throughout the event.
Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth crowd flow and safety during interactions.
Maintains a clean, safe, & healthy work environment.
Must contain thorough knowledge of holiday event, concessions, restrooms, merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within the poolside festival.
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
Participate in photoshoots for advertisements on various media outlets including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, property collateral, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Must be okay to wear costume that covers the face
Energetic, holiday spirited, with prior customer service, hospitality, or event experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.
Confident and comfortable engaging with large groups.
Ability to multitask while keeping a positive, guest-first attitude.
Enthusiasm for holiday festivities and working with the public.
Must be open to work a season position – full time hours will be given.
High school diploma or GED preferred along with 1 - 2 years of customer service experience.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements.
