Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Robotic Welder to operate and maintain robotic welding equipment. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up welding machines, monitoring the welding process, inspecting final products, and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards. This position is perfect for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for robotics and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate robotic welding machines, ensuring proper machine calibration and programming

Load, position, and secure workpieces, fixtures, and tooling

Monitor the welding process to ensure high-quality welds that meet specifications

Perform quality checks, inspect welds for accuracy, and adjust settings as needed

Maintain and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards

Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in welding or robotics is a plus

Previous experience with robotic welding systems is required (at least 2-5 years preferred)

Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and quality standards

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment

Detail-oriented, with a focus on producing high-quality work

Familiarity with safety practices and OSHA standards

Skills

Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team

Able to follow instructions carefully and work accurately

Knowledge of or willingness to learn warehouse safety practices

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

Extended periods of standing, kneeling, and working in a manufacturing environment

Ability to operate and handle tools and machinery safely and effectively
