Senior Director of Electrical Engineering
Your role in the mission:
We are seeking a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in the design, modeling, simulation, and testing of advanced RF, microwave, and quasi-optical antenna systems, covering frequencies from 100 MHz to 300 GHz.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a proven track record of innovation across multiple RF technologies and high-frequency applications.
What you’ll need:
5+ years of hands-on experience in the design, simulation, analysis, and testing of RF, microwave, and quasi-optical antenna systems.
Expertise in antenna system design, including reflector antennas, phased array antennas, horn antennas, and associated RF waveguide components such as ortho-mode transducers, mode converters, polarizers, and phase shifters.
Strong theoretical foundation in antenna engineering principles, including classical electromagnetics, coupled-mode theory, array theory, physical optics, ray tracing, and link budget analysis for transmitter/receiver front-end systems.
Proficient with advanced simulation tools, such as COMSOL, HFSS, CST, and PSpice, for full-wave electromagnetic and circuit-level modeling.
Extensive hands-on experience in antenna testing environments and measurement instrumentation such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and RF power meters.
Advanced data analysis skills, with proficiency in MATLAB, Python, Origin, or similar tools for processing and interpreting RF measurement data.
