Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, and maintains office locations throughout the United States. Zwicker is presently seeking a Document Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, proven to be a successful motivator of people and manager of processes. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem?solving abilities are required. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self?starter, detail oriented, and driven to perform. The base salary for this position is $65,000 per year. Responsibilities Comply with the firms policies and procedures, client and firm work standards, and compliance policies Assign employees their work schedules and ensure they are followed Provide proper training and ensure team members have full knowledge of procedures Evaluate employees regularly for performance and inform management of any concerns Track and monitor activity of workflows for teams Continuously motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment Monitor and approve time?off requests, review time records and schedule changes, ensuring coverage in teams Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 1 year management experience in a team?oriented workplace (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience working in a litigation environment Minimum 1 year experience drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, affidavits, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and its staff members Ability to effectively manage workflow and staff Strong organizational and time?management skills Strong commitment to ethics and compliance standards Effective decision?making skills Ability to work in a fast?paced environment and handle multiple tasks Above?average Excel knowledge, including analysis, filtering, and V?lookup Ability to communicate in a common language with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Proficiency operating a computer, phone, or equivalent device Ability to complete a minimum of a 40?hour flexible workweek schedule Ability to read and comprehend position?specific documents and correspondence

Lift five pounds or greater Sit 90% of the workday at times Bend at the waist and be mobile when needed Concentrate and use critical thinking
