Bachelors degree in healthcare, operations, or business required Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program Licenses & Certifications

California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) Experience

3+ years of management or supervisory experience in diagnostic imaging (acute care or hospital system) Knowledge of TJC, CMS, MQSA, ACR, and FDA regulations Super-user proficiency in Epic and RIS/PACS systems Experience leading teams, implementing new technology, and improving processes Strong analytical and financial management skills Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-10, authorizations, referrals, and revenue cycle Key Responsibilities

Provide daily operational leadership for CT and DX imaging services Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff training Oversee department budgets, labor costs, and performance reporting Ensure all regulatory and quality standards are met Lead technology and process improvement initiatives Coordinate equipment maintenance and replacement planning Build positive relationships with staff and physicians to ensure smooth operations
