As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, you will play a crucial role in deploying and managing AI-driven solutions within our organization. You’ll be working to ensure our cloud infrastructure is not only secure but also optimized to maximize the benefits of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Your expertise in Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices will be vital to our mission. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization. Serve as a subject matter expert on Copilot integration within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Ensure data is structured and secure, adhering to compliance standards to enhance Copilot's performance. Secondary Focus: Design and maintain a secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in Azure with Terraform. Automate operational processes and enforce consistency through IaC practices. What You'll Do: Architect the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot and manage organizational configurations. Collaborate with security teams to establish data protection policies tailored for AI. Enhance Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and sensitivity labels for data governance. Develop cloud resources in Azure using Terraform, ensuring documentation and version control. Create automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure CLI for streamlined processes. Manage identity solutions through Microsoft Entra ID. Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online for optimal email capabilities. Oversee SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams environments to support AI data architecture. Implement security controls using Microsoft Defender XDR. Monitor Copilot usage patterns to optimize user experience and resource management. Other responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, particularly in Microsoft 365. Certification in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) is required. Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and management. Familiarity with Terraform or similar tools for managing Azure infrastructure. Experience with key Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security). Experience administering Microsoft Exchange Online, including mail flow management. PowerShell experience for automation and administration tasks. Knowledge of cloud security principles and identity management. The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,528.00 to $120,865.00, with target hiring between $83,457.00 and $112,912.00 based on qualifications and experience. Exceptional Benefits
