Access to financial wellness and planning resources. Your Role: As the hero for our small-to-medium business clients, you'll ensure they stay satisfied, loyal, and prosperous. Your primary goal will be to reduce controllable churn by addressing their concerns, providing tailored incentives, and identifying upsell opportunities that align with their needs while assisting with billing inquiries. Below is a summary of your key responsibilities: Responding to customer disconnect calls by resolving issues and crafting inventive solutions and attractive offers. Handling customer billing inquiries, ensuring a premier customer experience. Driving additional revenue by focusing on customer needs and exploring upsell opportunities. Making outbound calls to inform customers about referral programs, new products, and enhanced packages to renew, save, or upgrade their services. Reaching out to clients nearing contract expiration (3-6 months) to secure renewals and identify upselling chances. Negotiating pricing, product offerings, promotions, and terms while performing calculations for fees and competitive comparisons. Troubleshooting and resolving service, pricing, or technical issues, ensuring customers feel valued and supported. Collaborating with sales support to find optimal solutions and address installation/service challenges. Educating customers on maximizing their Cox Business products and services, including features and billing. Managing sales orders with the support team and providing valuable insights to marketing to influence future strategies. Who You Are: You are an empathetic listener with a talent for problem-solving. Here's what makes you stand out: 5+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, or an associate/bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency in using computers and common business software. Preferred Qualifications: An associate degree or technical certification in a related discipline. B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas. Experience in revenue generation or customer retention roles. Compensation: USD 17.02 - 25.48 per hour The hourly pay rate ranges from $17.02 to $25.48, varying based on location and candidate experience. This role also qualifies for an annual incentive/commission target of $28,340.00. Benefits: Employees receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off monthly and seven paid holidays each year. Additional paid time off is also available for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteering, military service, and parental leave.
