In this pivotal role, you will act as a senior thought partner, driving the organization towards evidence-based decision making in product development, policy formulation, and advocacy efforts. You will represent the organization as a respected authority in research and data pertaining to high school transformation. Your responsibilities will include developing frameworks for assessing partner schools' performance and impact, expanding data sources creatively, and designing pilot programs to test innovative tools. You will share valuable research insights to inform decisions and actively engage with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in research design, data analysis, and program evaluation within education or a related sector. A deep understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies is crucial, alongside proficiency in statistical analysis software. We are particularly interested in candidates who are eager to leverage artificial intelligence within research initiatives. Success in this role requires an ability to translate complex research findings into practical insights, experience managing research partnerships, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also be responsible for leading targeted research projects addressing critical issues in high school transformation and utilizing research and evaluation to pinpoint opportunities and challenges in scaling educational reform across the country.
