As a vital contributor collaborating with Global Development & Innovation (GDI), Marketing, and Human Insight teams, the Senior Technical Consumer Research Manager will spearhead sensory and consumer research initiatives to drive the development and validation of innovative and enhanced projects in beverages, packaging, and equipment, ultimately delivering an extraordinary consumer experience that aligns with market trends and business objectives. Your Responsibilities: Create Actionable Insights:

Develop and lead comprehensive sensory and consumer research projects to provide actionable insights and technical guidance to development teams. Utilize statistical analysis techniques and data analytics to interpret research data, making data-driven business recommendations and identifying risks throughout the research process. Enhance Category Knowledge:

Collaborate with the GDI category team to generate sensory and consumer insights that support the Global Sparkling Innovation agenda. Evaluate competitive dynamics and conduct product evaluations to identify growth opportunities. Strategic Collaboration:

Build strong partnerships across R&D, Marketing, and Human Insight teams to drive consumer-focused solutions and lead global initiatives for assigned categories, including Sparkling. Innovative Methodologies:

Keep abreast of emerging research methodologies and leverage innovative solutions to enhance consumer research practices. Engage actively in the GDI global community and collaborate on research projects to continuously improve methodologies. Qualifications: Master's or PhD in Market Research, Food or Sensory Science, Behavioral Psychology, or related fields. At least 8 years of relevant experience in sensory or consumer research within an FMCG organization. Skills Required: Expertise in sensory and consumer research methodologies and data analysis, including statistical techniques and AI principles. Strong communication skills to convey insights effectively, using storytelling to influence stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
