Filler Operator.
This position operates both the Bulk and Liquid Fillers, maintaining product integrity, throughput, HACCP, quality and food safety standards.
Operate Bulk and Bottle Fillers, Conveyors, Induction Heat Sealer, and Labeler and possess a thorough understanding of the equipment, controls, and product requirements Ensure compliance with all GMPs, Food Safety (HACCP, CCPs), and Quality Requirements Complete required MES/Paperwork documentation to stage and consume all materials and product by correct "lot" number and/or work order numbers to ensure product traceability and Regulatory Requirements Stage primary and non-primary packaging Execute all MSS (Master Sanitation Tasks) of assigned equipment to ensure all equipment meets sanitation requirements and ready for daily production Collect and submit required samples for Quality Assurance purposes Operate and safely use required Material Handling Equipment Assist Maintenance in the troubleshooting and problem solving of equipment issues impacting equipment throughput, safety, or quality Execute additional duties as assigned by management
Requisition Number 6330 Shift 12 Hour Night Qualification
High School or GED. Basic reading and writing skills Forklift certification. (Can train) Proven ability for time management Ability to use a calculator and due simple mathematical calculations to ensure quality and service requirements Ability to work without constant supervision Ability to multi task and move to other areas as needed Ability to work in a team environment
