A well-recognized law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 38 years of experience to join its Washington, D.C. office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation matters alongside a collaborative and highly regarded team.
About the Role
Commercial and business litigation
Management- and employer-side labor and employment litigation (including FLSA, wage?and?hour, Title VII, and restrictive covenants)
Commercial contract and business tort disputes
Government investigations and False Claims Act matters
Associates will have the opportunity to appear in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals. Qualifications 38 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting (required) Federal clerkship experience is a plus Licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and/or the District of Columbia Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently Billable hour requirement: 1,750 hours Excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth
