Ideal applicant will have a desire to be a litigator. This job will have the new associate in court hearings and depositions immediately and regularly, in state and federal courts throughout the state. Job Type: Full-time _Responsibilities:_ Associate attorneys are to provide all legal work of an associate attorney, including conducting legal research, drafting documents (e.g. motions, discovery responses, legal analysis memorandum, and etc.). Further, associate attorneys shall prepare in that end court hearings and depositions at the direction of the Trial Attorney. Moreover, associate attorneys are expected to participate in the strategic and analytical development of each case.
