Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Industrial Maintenance Technician

to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and ensuring that production lines operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

routine maintenance

on industrial machinery, such as conveyors, packaging machines, motors, pumps, and other mechanical and electrical equipment.

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.

Conduct

preventive maintenance

tasks, including lubrication, inspection, and replacement of parts to prevent equipment failures.

Install, repair, and maintain

electrical systems

including control panels, wiring, motors, and other components.

Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.

Document maintenance activities, including completed repairs, parts used, and recommendations for future improvements.

Follow

lockout/tagout (LOTO)

procedures to ensure safety during maintenance operations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

required; technical certifications or an Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field .

3+ years

of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of

mechanical systems ,

electrical systems ,

hydraulics , and

pneumatics .

Familiarity with industrial

safety standards

and regulations, including

LOTO

procedures.

Ability to read and interpret

blueprints ,

schematics , and technical manuals.
