Job Overview Manages inbound materials and outbound finished goods, works with BPCS/SAP to monitor and report on inventory flow. Maintains paperwork for truck drivers and manages setup of outbound drivers.
Responsibilities & Duties
Monitors, inspects, and tags inbound materials
Enters inbound order receipts into BPCS (SAP)
Manages inbound and outbound records (including BOLs, COAs, and Item Receipts) to ensure traceability
Maintains outbound appointment schedules in Excel file
Prints and maintains paperwork for truck drivers
Ensures proper setup of outbound truck drivers, including Salvo locks, pagers, seals, etc.
Provides loading instructions to forklift drivers
Processes all billing of outbound trucks in BPCS/SAP
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Quality Risk Management Program (QRMP) as assigned
Perform all responsibilities safely and in compliance with GMPs
Perform any other duties as required by supervision
Follow safe practices and report any safety issues as they arise, maintain a safe working environment, proper sanitation, and housekeeping in all areas. Comply with GMP standards
Other duties as required by supervisor/manager
Works overtime as necessary
Qualifications
Requires certification on all forklift equipment
Requires the ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted
Familiarity with all aspects of supply chain functions (including storage, glass dock, collation, receiving/unloading, shipping/loading, and inventory control) is highly preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy (specifically proficiency in BPCS, SAP, Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook), applied math skills
Organizational skills are required
Previous lead or supervisory experience is highly preferred
Frequent standing & walking required
Prolonged periods working on feet and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping
