We are seeking a creative highly analytical TikTok Paid Ad Strategist to define and elevate our brands narrative and presence on TikTok. This pivotal role will develop the overarching content strategy, analyze performance, and identify emerging trends to ensure our TikTok efforts drive significant audience engagement and achieve key business objectives. You are a data?driven storyteller who understands the intricate nuances of TikToks algorithm and community. Youll translate insights into actionable content pillars, formats, and campaigns that resonate deeply with our target demographic. Responsibilities Develop & Own TikTok Content Strategy:

Lead the creation, evolution, and ownership of our comprehensive TikTok content strategy, aligning it with broader marketing goals, brand voice, and audience insights. Trend Forecasting & Analysis:

Continuously monitor TikTok trends, sounds, effects, and creator movements, identifying opportunities for brand integration and proactive content creation. Audience Insights & Research:

Conduct in?depth audience research to understand demographics, behaviors, preferences, and content consumption habits specific to TikTok. Content Pillar & Narrative Development:

Define key content pillars, themes, and recurring formats that consistently deliver value and entertainment to our audience. Performance Analysis & Optimization:

Utilize TikTok analytics and other tools to deeply analyze content performance, conduct A/B testing, identify key learnings, and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing optimization and ROI. Cross?functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with creative teams, content creators, paid media specialists, PR, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaign execution. Competitive Benchmarking:

Analyze competitor strategies and industry best practices on TikTok to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Reporting & Presentation:

Develop and present strategic reports on TikTok content performance, insights, and future recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

4+ years of progressive experience in digital content strategy, with a proven track record of success on TikTok. Deep, analytical understanding of TikToks algorithm, content virality, and user behavior. Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to inform content decisions and measure strategic impact. Demonstrable experience in developing comprehensive content calendars, strategic frameworks, and creative briefs for TikTok. Strong creative vision with an ability to identify compelling narratives and translate them into engaging short?form video concepts. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences. Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and thrive in a fast?paced, evolving digital landscape. Experience collaborating with content creators, influencers, and managing external agency relationships is a plus.
