In this pivotal role, you will delve deep into product performance, analyze user funnel conversions, and leverage actionable insights from data to steer product strategy and experimentation. Key Responsibilities: Analyze product engagement and funnel performance to uncover vital trends and insights. Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments aimed at optimizing product features. Create KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that monitor product health and conversion metrics. Conduct opportunity sizing and forecasting to inform strategic product decisions. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop data-driven roadmaps. Present actionable insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to the establishment of analytics best practices and enhance data processes continuously. Key Requirements: 5+ years of data analytics experience in product, e-commerce, or digital consumer environments. Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R is preferable. Demonstrated expertise in experimentation, statistical analysis, and measuring product performance. Proficient with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Snowflake. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data insights into significant business impact.
