Apartment Maintenance Technician Location:
Tallahassee, FL Pay:
$20–21/hour (DOE) Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are hiring an
Apartment Maintenance Technician
to support our community in Tallahassee, FL. This role requires a dependable technician who can handle service requests, perform unit turns, and maintain the grounds while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities include:
Service orders and general apartment repairs
Unit turns, painting, cleaning, and light carpentry
Grounds upkeep and trash pick-up
HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
Preventative maintenance and support for property operations
Qualifications:
Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable with valid driver’s license
This is a
Monday–Friday, full-time position
with a pay range of $20–21/hour.
