In this impactful position, you will ensure our strategic initiatives align with the company’s overarching goals, promote process excellence, and enhance the overall experience for both our internal teams and external customers. You will work closely with senior leaders across various departments including technology, data and AI, and finance to drive transformation and will provide regular updates to the executive leadership team on our progress and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement enterprise strategy. Lead the annual Target Letter process. Oversee the enterprise transformation roadmap. Manage and facilitate top strategic relationships across the organization. Act as a strategic connector to ensure value realization from transformation efforts.
