Position Overview Beyond Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LPCMH)
to join our growing team in Dover, Delaware. This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful therapeutic support to children and families in a collaborative, clinic-based setting.
Therapists can choose
part-time or full-time
schedules, with flexibility to build a caseload that fits their professional and personal needs.

Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs in pediatric clients • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's goals • Provide evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral challenges • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and team members to ensure a holistic approach to care • Participate in community outreach and education initiatives that promote mental health awareness • Maintain timely and compliant documentation within our EMR system • Engage in professional development and mentorship opportunities to enhance clinical skills
Qualifications Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program • Current Delaware LCSW license • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program • Current Delaware LPCMH license (or eligibility) • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
