Join Our Team as a Service Maintenance Technician! Are you passionate about repairing and maintaining Recreational Vehicles (RVs)? Camping World is looking for skilled Service Maintenance Technicians to become part of our growing team. We value individuals who excel in diagnostics and repair across various systems including mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. If you take pride in delivering quality service and troubleshooting, we want to hear from you! What You Will Do: Provide thorough diagnostic tests and execute repair or replacement services for our customers. Conduct maintenance tasks involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances. Document all parts and materials utilized in repairs or replacements. Keep your supervisor informed of work progress and issues. Ensure that all final work meets quality standards, subject to inspection. Maintain a clean and safe work environment for both customers and coworkers. What You Need: Certification from a college or technical school in a relevant trade is beneficial, but we also value hands-on experience. At least 1 year of experience as a service technician or in related fields is preferred. RVIA certification is an advantage but not mandatory. Must be comfortable working at heights and with potentially hazardous equipment. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, bending, and lifting. Must possess your own hand and shop tools. Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and/or moving up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. A valid driver's license is essential. Compensation and Benefits: The pay range for this position varies based on several factors, including experience, skills, and applicable certifications. Typically, starting pay is not at the highest end of the range, allowing for potential growth. Current pay range is $22.00 to $40.00 hourly.
