Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support a large health insurance client of ours. This resource needs to take the lead to help the teams get organized/determine the prioritization with leadership, outline project plans/roadmaps, kick some of these initiatives off, and ultimately manage some of them to completion.
This would be a very visible role so also looking for Risk Management, Budget Management, Executive Level reporting experience/would be some additional skills expected.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization. Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles and practices to manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively, driving continuous improvement in delivery. Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including IT, clinical, and operational teams) to ensure project objectives are met and team members are aligned. Problem Solving & Reporting: Identify project risks and roadblocks, develop solutions, and keep stakeholders informed through regular project status updates and reports. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
