11030 Join our dynamic team as an Aggregate Plant Maintenance Technician! ABOUT THE ROLE Amrize US is seeking full-time Aggregate Plant Maintenance Technicians for day and night shifts at our quarry in Stringtown, OK. Enjoy a shift differential for night positions (6:00pm - 6:00am). All tasks are executed in a safe manner, adhering to plant safety rules while working collaboratively as a team. Your main role will be to support maintenance and production operations within the quarry. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Mentor and train fellow employees as necessary. Ensure the plant's manufacturing equipment is consistently prepared for operation. Complete work orders efficiently, including installing, repairing, and fabricating metal materials while addressing any immediate safety issues. Conduct inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment to support production needs. Commit to upholding and enhancing health, safety, and environmental regulations across work environments and promote a safety-first culture. Perform additional duties as assigned when time permits. Maintenance experience is essential. Required Work Experience:
3-5 years in a mining site environment. Computer and Software Skills:
Basic computer skills are necessary. Team-oriented with strong cooperation skills. Maintains professionalism with clients while staying calm in stressful situations. Essential problem-solving and analytical abilities. Focus on internal customer satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-stress situations. Strong multitasking and detail-oriented approach. Exceptional organizational skills. Practical execution of best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience. Familiarity with products, market geography, and applications. Proficient welding and mechanical expertise is crucial. Knowledge of conveyor belts, screens, and crushers is required. Additional Requirements: Successful candidates must follow all safety protocols and utilize Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators.
