Strong proficiency with Windows Server (2016–2022), Active Directory, IIS, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting. Knowledge of networking, load balancing, and storage technologies (SAN/NAS). Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or similar tools. Working knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL, and infrastructure security hardening practices. Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Azure Administrator are a plus.
