About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Global Partnerships & Alliances to lead the development and optimization of our worldwide partner and alliance strategy. This critical leadership position focuses on enhancing our global ecosystem of value-added resellers, hyperscalers, consulting and advisory partners, and MSSPs to fuel growth and increase market penetration. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the global partner strategy, scaling the partner ecosystem, spearheading hyperscaler and marketplace initiatives, and designing effective partner programs to ensure successful partner enablement and joint go-to-market execution. A strong focus on contracting, negotiation, and accountability for partner-sourced and influenced revenue is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess 12-15 years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS, including 7-10 years in a leadership capacity within global partner, channel, or alliance organizations. A proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems, especially in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments, is essential. Experience with hyperscaler co-sell initiatives and marketplaces, coupled with strong expertise in partner program design and a history of driving measurable partner-sourced revenue, is required. Global leadership experience, collaborative skills across functions, and a commanding executive presence are key attributes. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree.
