Product Owner (Telecom Domain)

Location: Bellevue, Washington (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Relevant Experience: 10+ years We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Owner to lead product development efforts within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the telecom domain and a proven track record of defining and delivering complex products that align with business goals and customer needs. Job Responsibilities Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. Translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with changing priorities and stakeholder feedback. Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in close collaboration with Scrum Masters and development teams. Ensure product features are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with customer expectations. Partner with cross-functional teams including architecture, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless solutions. Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and drive continuous improvement and feature optimization. Maintain a strong understanding of telecom industry trends, OSS/BSS systems, and digital transformation initiatives. Act as a bridge between business teams and technical delivery teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

Must Have Skills

Telecom domain expertise with strong understanding of BSS/OSS, provisioning, billing, network operations, or customer experience systems. Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong ability to write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs. Excellent understanding of the SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban). Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
