Job Summary

As an Overnight Stock Associate, you will stock, store, and rotate general merchandise and/or food, ensuring items are fully stocked and properly labeled. You will help maintain a clean and organized club by removing trash and debris.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

• Stock, rotate, and store merchandise while ensuring full visibility of products.
• Maintain display signage and ensure accurate labeling.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure the club remains neat and organized through housekeeping duties.
• Adhere to club policies and procedures, and support other departments as needed.
• Regular and dependable attendance is crucial to this role.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in grocery or stock preferred.
• Experience in big box or wholesale retail preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Environmental Job Conditions:

• Majority of time spent moving about on hard surfaces with frequent bending, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires continuous lifting of objects up to 30 pounds; heavier or awkward items may require assistance.
• Work is performed in a comfortable indoor environment but may involve exposure to loud equipment and temperature extremes.
• Occasional exposure to cleaning agents may occur.

In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we take into account various non-discriminatory factors in determining salary. The pay range for this position starts at $17.00.
