Patient Services Representative I

The Patient Services Representative I represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

The PSR I has direct interaction with patients and is responsible for the execution of top-level customer service. The PSR I will ensure that patients have a positive experience before, during, and after their blood draws, by conducting all activities on an assigned unit with a high degree of professionalism while following all company and safety policies and procedures.
