We are seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for IMMEDIATE hire!!! Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Sets self as an example of workplace safety; utilizes all personal protective equipment required for each project site

· Operates heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life

· Ability to operate Bulldozers, Excavators and Motor Graders

· Ability to operate support equipment such as front-end loaders, rubber tire backhoes, mini-excavators, skid steers, off road trucks, rollers, etc.)

· Knowledge of GPS equipment including machine control & GPS rover

· Perform preventive equipment maintenance (including greasing, checking & maintaining oil/fluid levels, filters, etc.)

· Properly secure equipment each day

Training and Experience

·

· Ability to operate Bulldozers, Excavators and Motor Graders efficiently

· Ability to operate support equipment well (including front end loader, rubber tire backhoe, mini-excavator, skid steer, off road truck, roller, etc.)

· Ability to read and understand plans and specifications

Physical Requirements

· Must be physically able to exert up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects

· Work involves sitting, walking or standing for extended periods of time

· Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of five to fifty pounds
