CloudOps Engineer, Cybersecurity Job at Tyler Technologies in Yarmouth

The CloudOps Engineer, Cybersecurity helps build and manage the cloud systems that keep Tylers products running smoothly and securely. In this role, youll work on supporting cloud environments and improving how applications are delivered and monitored. Youll use tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes to set up and maintain infrastructure, and help create CI/CD pipelines that make deployments faster and more reliable. This position also supports Tylers cybersecurity and AI/ML initiatives, giving you opportunities to work with modern technologies and cross?functional teams. Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, evolve, and support infrastructure?as?code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Build, maintain, and scale CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Operate cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) with a focus on performance, cost, and security.
• Deploy and support AI/ML model workflows using tools like MLflow, SageMaker, or TorchServe.
• Integrate and leverage AIOps platforms like Datadog Watchdog, Dynatrace Davis AI, New Relic AI.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Security teams for reliable, repeatable deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex system and application issues across hybrid environments.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and deployments.
• Promote automation, continuous improvement, and shared responsibility.
• Complete projects assigned by manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in CloudOps, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go, C#).
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment and observability tools.
• Understanding of application servers (IIS, Node.js) and relational databases.
• Strong problem?solving and collaboration skills.

Salary will generally fall between $56,648 - $103,429 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
